Join us for the opening night of our film festival on Friday, March 21st, 2025 at the Yale Theater, featuring various films, awards, and filmmaker introductions. The next day, enjoy free screenings at the Capitol Hill Library, where filmmakers will share insights into their work and the film industry. The Oklahoma Cine Latino Film Festival celebrates Latino cultural impact on cinema, featuring submissions from around the globe, including Mexico, Spain, and South America.

But when he mistakenly takes the soul of the wrong patient, he embarks on a wild journey with Nurse Mariela, to return the soul and fulfill his destiny. Death in Training is a part of the LALIFF Inclusion Fellowship sponsored by Netflix. Their Inclusion Fellowship program helps develop, fund, and support the work of ten emerging Latino filmmakers.

The OKCine Latino Youth Film Institute serves to broaden the exposure and access to the industry of film making and provide hands-on experience to our local Oklahoma students. Students will learn the basic theories and processes of creating their own film and then work together to create their own short films. Students will be involved in every aspect of filmmaking, from the planning and script writing to the filming and editing.
